I still prefer the ring menu over the normal one though. This was likely an over sight by the developer of the script. Since when you open the extra menu it doesn't open as a ring. I'm guessing caused by the ring menu system. The end of the turn thing is a script problem. I went for the best option I had in my opinion. Though I could have also gone for the option of not seeing the enemies at all until the battle triggered. This is better than after the battle seeing the enemies still standing there like they are alive. After the battle is complete I make the enemies disappear. Didn't know that the estimated distance thing wasn't accurate, though. Not sure if this is caused by the ring system of the battle system though. Closing if that style of battle interests you i highly recommend this if your looking for horror,romance,fast paced action or a deep story this will not be for you. your a guy with no story who is there to help his country out and you fight to protect it. this how ever has a glitch with the move command so defend to avoid this the story is simple really. Here's some screen shots for what you can expect in the future.Īs this game is game much more then anything else this will be short feed back first ill say the time to complete this is around 5+ hours (severely depends on how much grinding you do) if you ever played games mentioned in the summery up top or vandal hearts as another example that is how it works in any order when its your turn you can move/attack/defend with all characters on your team unless its changed ina future version you can end your turn any time you want by using the menu (x) and ending your turn. The game will have a name not related to Broken Gauntlet. I will be trying to make the game file RTP independent. The game will have puzzles such as pushing boulders, jumping, and super running. Enemies will be visible on screen and when touched it will transfer player to separate battle map. This game will take place in the swamp and will likely feature the use of 4 party members. 3) While it's possible to make a tactics game using 70x70 sprites, it's better to use smaller ones. 2) The High Fantasy Pack lends itself to a more serious story, I wanted to do something light. I had three reasons for doing this: 1) I'm not very good at mapping with the High Fantasy Pack. First I won't be using the High Fantasy Pack for this game, instead opting for the DS Resource Pack. There are some changes to what I'm going to be doing. The game is in hot development now and is going well. That was sort of before I actually got really started. In the last announcement I said I was going to make a tactics game.
